I have been creating t-shirt art for almost 3 decades. Since 1993 I have been designing t-shirts for tournaments and other sporting events. All of my images are clean and extremely versatile because I understand what screenprinters need. I design all of my images as if I were going to be using them in my own t shirt designs.
Multiple File Formats | AI EPS JPG and PNG
While there are many great reasons to use my vector clipart images multiple file formats is just the beginning. For starters all of my images download in vector formats. Adobe Illustrator is the software I use. However, I Corel Draw users will be able to open the AI8 EPS files as well. Since vector files aren’t always the perfect file type so I include JPG and/or PNG files in the downloadable .zip as well. There is a file type for your needs regardless, of the software you are using.
Common Sense Groupings with Clean Closed Shapes
Clean images with closed shapes, makes printing and pre-press easier. Furthermore, all of the designs are grouped in a common sense manner for simple breakdown if you need to modify the image. Additionally, most of my images consist of outlines with solid spot colors for cleaner printing. Finally, I try not to use halftones and blends which makes printing on colored shirts less troublesome.
Easy to Adjust Spot Colors
Because I design my images with screen printers in mind spot colors are used in every design. As a result, I limit the colors in the design or make it simple to quickly reduce the number of colors. As a rule, my designs are fairly simple to modify and incorporate with design elements and text.
